Orders placed Mon-Fri (of in-stock products) before 1pm (CST), will ship the same or next business day.

Orders placed Mon-Fri (of in-stock products)  after 1pm (CST), will ship within the next 1-2 business days.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday (of in-stock products) will ship within the next 1-2 business days.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, Please check your spam email folder as sometimes emails from adult websites can end up in there!

For domestic orders in the continental U.S.A, Tulip ships Priority via the United States Postal Service, which arrives within 1-3 business days depending on your location.

If any of the items you ordered became out-of-stock before we could update our website, we will contact you within the processing times to give you an estimated shipping window and possibly offer a similar substitution item available immedietly instead. If you’d like, you can always give us a call or send us an email asking about the status of any items during our store business hours before you place your order: We’re standing by to help!  If the new estimated shipping time is not convenient for you, we’ll cancel and refund your order at your request.

Vamp Silicone dildos which are not in-stock at Tulip get called in to our Chicago neighbors to be custom made by hand- just for you! This can take between 3-5 additional business days for your order to ship. In case the color you ordered is not in stock, we will add a note to your order informing you within the order processing time. If you’d like, you can always give us a call or send us an email asking about the status of any items during our store business hours before you place your order: We’re standing by to help!

Although Tulip would love to personally deliver your package, once we hand the package over to the shipping carrier, it is in their hands to ensure delivery.  Tulip purchases insurance for each package for the case there are any transit problems with your order.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

– Look for a notice of attempted delivery

– Look around the delivery location for your package

–  See if someone else accepted the delivery

– Wait until the end of the next day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit

If your package is stolen, lost, or arrives damaged~ Tulip will assist you with handling the issue with the shipping carrier, and will file the insurance claim with them. Once the claim is approved, we can issue a refund. or ship a new package to you right away. Tulip is not responsible for mistakes made by third party shipping companies, such as, but not limited to: USPS, FEDEX, and UPS, thefts in transit or at the delivery location, weather or anything else that should happen while your package is in transit. Tulip purchases insurance for each package for the case there are any transit problems with your order.
