Tulip understands returns are sometimes necessary. Our aim is to provide the absolute best customer service in the industry: we accept returns & exchanges on defective products.

With our strong mission of safety & quality, for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that are working or not defective. Our customers trust they will never receive a product that has been sent to another person before. Our strict return policy shows our dedication to your health… and your pleasure!

With that being said, we’re ultra selective of the products we sell. Brands such as Lelo, Fun Factory, Je Joue, JimmyJane, and many others, offer manufacturer warranties for several years. Inside the box of those products, there will be instructions on how to register your warranty and what to do in the case of a return.

All Tulip items are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for fourteen (14) days upon receiving your order. Tulip will send a replacement, issue a store credit or refund your account, whichever you prefer, if you receive a defective item. Please return the defective item to Tulip to receive your credit, refund or replacement. In the case of a refund, your account will be credited within 30 days for the total of your order plus return shipping costs.
