Comes with one small, one medium and one large rubber cock ring.  Fits hips 26" to 44" Large 36"-60".  The rings are held in place by snaps in the leather straps.  For very large or very small dildos, it is also possible to substitute different-sized rings.  Dildos and alternate o-rings are sold separately.
