Returns & Exchanges

All Tulip items are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for fourteen (14) days. Tulip will issue a credit or send a replacement if you receive a defective item. Please return the defective item to Tulip to receive your credit or replacement. Your account will be credited within 30 days.
For health and hygiene reasons, Tulip cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Tulip will not pay return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error made by Tulip or a manufacturer’s defect.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns and exchanges. If you should need to return an item, please call 1.877.70TULIP.
