We process online orders daily(Monday through Friday). Overnight and second day air orders will ship out the same day if your order is placed by 10:00 AM CST.  Once your order leaves Tulip, we cannot be responsible for your package.  From time to time, USPS will miss its overnight delivery, in this case, the Postal Service guarantees postage refund.  You will have to contact your local post office directly to file a claim of late delivery. Shipping to Canada
Tulip ships all packages to Canada via USPS and the normal shipping time is 4-10 business days. Please call 1.877.70TULIP if you want to receive your package sooner.

International Shipping
All international orders to countries other than Canada will be shipped USPS. We cannot guarantee the delivery times of international orders. International shipping usually takes 6-8 business days in transit and may need to go through customs for the country in which you receive the goods. All international shipments must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. Tulip cannot be responsible for or provide credits or refunds for any merchandise that is confiscated or held by customs. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs which are not billed to you by Tulip. Tulip cannot provide credits or refunds for merchandise that is abandoned in customs by you.

Order Status and Delivery Confirmation
When you place an order with Tulip, a confirmation email will be sent with your order information. Delivery confirmation numbers are available by request.  If you do not receive an email confirmation within two days of placing your order, please email customer service.
